Cancellations made by email at minimum 48 hours (2 days) before your scheduled tour will receive a full refund.

We put a lot of love and care into planning every experience, so this window allows us time to offer your spot to another guest.

No refunds will be issued for no-shows, late shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour.
